Tech View is designed to give you a full overview of your agreement with us, right at your fingertips.
Tech View allows users you’ve granted permission to:
- Log and track tickets – Submit new support requests and follow the progress of existing ones.
- View closed tickets – Quickly reference resolved issues and their solutions.
- Access knowledge resources – Browse FAQs and articles we publish to help you resolve common issues faster.
- View invoices – Keep on top of billing in a clear, organised format.
- Interact with smart forms – Easily complete user onboarding, offboarding, or access requests.
What we’re particularly excited about is the Asset List feature. This gives you a complete inventory of all devices under our management. From the device inventory, you can view:
- Last logged-in user
- Serial numbers and warranties
- Microsoft patch updates
- Application updates
- CPU, memory, and more

- Use the main screen to open a ticket or complete one of our intuitive forms

- The ticket view provides an overview of all open and closed tickets, with detailed correspondence available for each

- Access your invoice portal to track both paid and outstanding invoices

- View your company’s managed devices in our inventory portal, with details like last logged-in user, warranty expiry dates, patch status, CPU, RAM, and more
